UNTAMED will aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website, unless there is an event outside of our control. If we’re unable to meet the estimated delivery date, then we will inform you of a revised estimated delivery date. You will have the right to cancel your order and to be refunded if you are not happy with the revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we attempt to deliver the products to you or a person identified by you to the address you gave to us or other address or location which is agreed between you and our courier. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery being attempted. You will own the products when we have received payment in full for the products, including any delivery charges.

 

Delivery is available globally and after 5 business days processing we will allow:

UK – 3-7 business days

Europe – 5-10 business days

Global – 7-14 business days

Exchanges

Unfortunately at present we do not offer exchanges.  We want to make our returns as efficient as possible so  we only offer refunds. 

We aim to have your items refunded as fast as possible so that you can reorder your favourite items as quick as possible.

If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you would like to return an item to UNTAMED please do so within 28 days of receiving your order.

Currently we do not cover the shipping cost on returns and exchanges.

Please send the item(s) to the following address in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, including your order number.

The return conditions detailed below must be met for a refund on the item.

UNTAMED request 14-30 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed and for your bank to transfer the refund to your account. We aim to have your item(s) refunded as fast as possible.  The refund will be made to the account you first paid your order with.

If the product is faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected by the above returns policy. Please say if you consider the products are faulty or not as described. See below for faulty products.

If you are returning from outside the EU, please clearly label your package as “Returned Goods”. This is very important as failing to do so will result in being charged local customs, which you will have to pay—and we don’t want that.

It’s entirely up to you which company you use to return your goods, but we recommend that you ask for a receipt and tracking link so you can follow your package and its whereabouts should it be delayed or lost along the way.

We do our very best to get back to you as fast as possible. You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours although we strive to give you an even faster reply. During weekends and public holidays, it may take a little longer.

We don’t currently offer exchanges.

Please email customer service at untamedlabel.com and explain what you would like to change in your order. Due to the speed of packing, sometimes we are unable to change orders but we will try where possible.

The refunds made either for shipping or the garments themselves will be exactly the same value as what you paid for them originally. Sometimes if you are paying in foreign currency, exchange rate changes can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund. This can change the amount you receive. 

ORDER ISSUES

We are doing our very best to ship your products as fast as possible. Because of this your products might already be on their way. Please contact info@untamedlabel.com and we will try to help you out.

While we do our best to avoid passing on additional taxes or duties to international customers, these may be charged on orders outside of the EU. We are unable to cover the cost in these cases.

If you find you are missing an item or have been sent the wrong product, please email us at info@untamedlabel.com and we will take care of it.

You can send a parcel to someone by using their delivery address in the shipping. We can add a personal note on one of our  eco postcards. We also offer e-gift cards.

If your product is damaged please contact info@untamedlabel.com and include a picture or two of the faulty item.

PRODUCT, STOCK AND CARE

We are planning to regularly restock UNTAMED however some of our stock is limited edition. If you have missed out on the item you want, the best thing to do is sign up for an account / newsletter and then you’ll be the first to hear about any new or restocked items.

The size chart is on all items. When you click through to a product on site you will have the option to click on additional information where all sizes are listed.

The best way is to sign up for an account on the site or follow us on instagram @untamedlabel.

To ensure the long life of your items and the integrity of their fabrics, we recommend the following:

Wash at or below 30

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry

Do not iron 

Do not dry clean

Wash according to care instructions

Wash only like colours together so they stay bright
